Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIA4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Beclin, and Smad1. Each is linked with GRIA4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIA4-to-partner and partner-to-GRIA4 results are reported.
