GRIA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,202 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC37A3, ADGRB3, and KIF1B. Each is linked with GRIA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIA4-to-partner and partner-to-GRIA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRIA4 versus SLC37A3 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
