Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,177 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRIA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-amino acid modification, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with GRIA4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIA4-to-partner and partner-to-GRIA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-amino acid modification grouped by GRIA4-low versus GRIA4-high in LUNG_SCLC.
