GRIA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIA4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,084 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP210, OGT, and KMT2A. Each is linked with GRIA4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIA4-to-partner and partner-to-GRIA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUP210 grouped by GRIA4-low versus GRIA4-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
