GRIA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,958 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL40, VDAC1, and TRO. Each is linked with GRIA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIA1-to-partner and partner-to-GRIA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL40 grouped by GRIA1-low versus GRIA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
