GRIA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,064 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM169, STON1, and EDARADD. Each is linked with GRIA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIA1-to-partner and partner-to-GRIA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRIA1 versus TMEM169 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
