GRHL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRHL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,307 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRHL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYFIP1, TUBGCP5, and RN7SL745P. Each is linked with GRHL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRHL3-to-partner and partner-to-GRHL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYFIP1 grouped by GRHL3-low versus GRHL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRHL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRHL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
