GRHL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRHL3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,195 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRHL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIVEP1, PAPLN, and RPS6KA6. Each is linked with GRHL3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRHL3-to-partner and partner-to-GRHL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HIVEP1 grouped by GRHL3-low versus GRHL3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRHL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRHL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
