Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRHL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,209 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRHL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESRP1, RASGRP2, and IFFO1. Each is linked with GRHL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRHL2-to-partner and partner-to-GRHL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRHL2 versus ESRP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRHL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRHL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
