GRHL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRHL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,259 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRHL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTU2, SFI1, and RPL23AP7. Each is linked with GRHL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRHL2-to-partner and partner-to-GRHL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTU2 grouped by GRHL2-low versus GRHL2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRHL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRHL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
