GRHL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRHL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRHL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA4, NEUROG1, and OTC. Each is linked with GRHL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRHL2-to-partner and partner-to-GRHL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 grouped by GRHL2-low versus GRHL2-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRHL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRHL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
