GRHL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRHL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,888 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS8, YBX1P2, and XRCC6P2. Each is linked with GRHL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRHL1-to-partner and partner-to-GRHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COPS8 grouped by GRHL1-low versus GRHL1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
