GRHL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRHL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,986 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RALGPS1, TMPRSS13, and MARVELD3. Each is linked with GRHL1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRHL1-to-partner and partner-to-GRHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRHL1 versus RALGPS1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
