Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRHL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,037 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRHL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, Desmosome maintenance, and Bundle of His cell to Purkinje myocyte communication. Each is linked with GRHL1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRHL1-to-partner and partner-to-GRHL1 results are reported.
