GRHL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRHL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PZP, NPY2R, and TARM1. Each is linked with GRHL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRHL1-to-partner and partner-to-GRHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PZP grouped by GRHL1-low versus GRHL1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
