Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GREM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,185 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GREM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, RN7SKP22, and RNA5SP473. Each is linked with GREM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GREM1-to-partner and partner-to-GREM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP413 grouped by GREM1-low versus GREM1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GREM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GREM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
