GREB1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GREB1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,052 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GREB1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are WTIP, CERS1, and EFEMP1. Each is linked with GREB1L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GREB1L-to-partner and partner-to-GREB1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GREB1L versus WTIP in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GREB1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→GREB1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
