GRAMD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRAMD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,074 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRAMD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2AXP1, RPL31P40, and RNU6-918P. Each is linked with GRAMD4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAMD4-to-partner and partner-to-GRAMD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC2AXP1 grouped by GRAMD4-low versus GRAMD4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRAMD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRAMD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
