GRAMD2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRAMD2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,735 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRAMD2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS8, CDH1, and CDC42BPG. Each is linked with GRAMD2A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAMD2A-to-partner and partner-to-GRAMD2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRAMD2A versus PRSS8 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRAMD2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRAMD2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
