GRAMD1C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRAMD1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,402 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRAMD1C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CGN, CGN_S155, and RBM47. Each is linked with GRAMD1C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAMD1C-to-partner and partner-to-GRAMD1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRAMD1C versus CGN in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRAMD1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRAMD1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
