Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRAMD1C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,102 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRAMD1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM205, CDK15, and BDH2. Each is linked with GRAMD1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAMD1C-to-partner and partner-to-GRAMD1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRAMD1C versus TMEM205 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
