Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRAMD1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,458 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRAMD1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL847P, NF1P10, and MAGEB6. Each is linked with GRAMD1C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAMD1C-to-partner and partner-to-GRAMD1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL847P grouped by GRAMD1C-low versus GRAMD1C-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRAMD1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRAMD1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
