Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRAMD1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,461 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRAMD1C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Xenophagy, Protein localization to cytoplasmic stress granule, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with GRAMD1C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAMD1C-to-partner and partner-to-GRAMD1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Xenophagy grouped by GRAMD1C-low versus GRAMD1C-high in OESOPHAGUS.
