Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRAMD1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRAMD1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGI1, FAM181A, and FAM71B. Each is linked with GRAMD1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAMD1C-to-partner and partner-to-GRAMD1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LGI1 grouped by GRAMD1C-low versus GRAMD1C-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRAMD1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRAMD1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
