The most reproducible GRAMD1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MICU1, KIF18A, and SLC25A19. Each is linked with GRAMD1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAMD1B-to-partner and partner-to-GRAMD1B results are reported.
