Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRAMD1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRAMD1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, FASN, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with GRAMD1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAMD1B-to-partner and partner-to-GRAMD1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by GRAMD1B-low versus GRAMD1B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRAMD1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRAMD1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
