Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRAMD1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRAMD1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST9, IFNL3, and REG3G. Each is linked with GRAMD1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAMD1B-to-partner and partner-to-GRAMD1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST9 grouped by GRAMD1B-low versus GRAMD1B-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRAMD1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRAMD1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
