Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,426 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR1CP, CD33, and CD4. Each is linked with GPX1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPX1-to-partner and partner-to-GPX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPX1 versus FCGR1CP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
