GPSM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPSM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,718 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPSM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, KMT5AP1, and GCATP1. Each is linked with GPSM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPSM2-to-partner and partner-to-GPSM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by GPSM2-low versus GPSM2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPSM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPSM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
