GPSM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPSM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,316 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPSM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL5, TAF9, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with GPSM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPSM1-to-partner and partner-to-GPSM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 grouped by GPSM1-low versus GPSM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPSM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPSM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
