GPS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 229 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-46P, MIR4491, and SNRPGP17. Each is linked with GPS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPS2-to-partner and partner-to-GPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-46P grouped by GPS2-low versus GPS2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
