GPRC5D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPRC5D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,509 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPRC5D-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC9A9, ARHGAP15, and IL10RA. Each is linked with GPRC5D in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPRC5D-to-partner and partner-to-GPRC5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPRC5D versus SLC9A9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPRC5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPRC5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
