GPRC5D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPRC5D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,042 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPRC5D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-transcriptional gene silencing, Regulatory ncRNA-mediated post-transcriptional gene silencing, and Fibroblast migration. Each is linked with GPRC5D in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPRC5D-to-partner and partner-to-GPRC5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Post-transcriptional gene silencing grouped by GPRC5D-low versus GPRC5D-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPRC5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPRC5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
