Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPRC5D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPRC5D-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL18, ACER1, and INSL5. Each is linked with GPRC5D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPRC5D-to-partner and partner-to-GPRC5D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL18 grouped by GPRC5D-low versus GPRC5D-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPRC5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPRC5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
