Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPRC5C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPRC5C data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher GPRC5C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPRC5C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where GPRC5C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
