GPR87

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR87 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,136 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR87-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EGFR, FAM171A1_S855, and ZNF185. Each is linked with GPR87 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR87-to-partner and partner-to-GPR87 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR87 versus EGFR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR87→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR87) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
