GPR87

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR87 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,788 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR87-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP117, RPL9P15, and LINC01326. Each is linked with GPR87 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR87-to-partner and partner-to-GPR87 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP117 grouped by GPR87-low versus GPR87-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR87→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR87) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
