GPR87

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR87 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,067 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR87-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTAFR, GJB5, and SH2D3A. Each is linked with GPR87 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR87-to-partner and partner-to-GPR87 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR87 versus PTAFR in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR87→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR87) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
