GPR87

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR87 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR87-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4A47, OR10K1, and CST9. Each is linked with GPR87 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR87-to-partner and partner-to-GPR87 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4A47 grouped by GPR87-low versus GPR87-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR87→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR87) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
