GPR84

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR84 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,125 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR84-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF385A, MAB21L3, and DMXL2. Each is linked with GPR84 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR84-to-partner and partner-to-GPR84 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR84 versus ZNF385A in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR84→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR84) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
