Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR83 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPR83 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher GPR83 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR83 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

THYM, ESCA, and SCLC are the cancer types where GPR83 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
