The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher GPR68 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR68 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.
LIHC, LUSC, and SARC are the cancer types where GPR68 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
