GPR61

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR61 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,545 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR61-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNHG21, ZFYVE19, and CLIC4. Each is linked with GPR61 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR61-to-partner and partner-to-GPR61 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNHG21 grouped by GPR61-low versus GPR61-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR61→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
