Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR61 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,353 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR61-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and Positive regulation of protein autoubiquitination. Each is linked with GPR61 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR61-to-partner and partner-to-GPR61 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of RNA splicing grouped by GPR61-low versus GPR61-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
