Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR50 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPR50 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GPR50 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR50 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, COAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where GPR50 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
