GPR50

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR50 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR50-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRS1, mTOR_pS2448, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with GPR50 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR50-to-partner and partner-to-GPR50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRS1 grouped by GPR50-low versus GPR50-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR50→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
