GPR50

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR50 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR50-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNA10, H2BW2, and TBX22. Each is linked with GPR50 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR50-to-partner and partner-to-GPR50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNA10 grouped by GPR50-low versus GPR50-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR50→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
