GPR45

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR45 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,264 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR45-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNL1, FCER1A, and PRC1. Each is linked with GPR45 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR45-to-partner and partner-to-GPR45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNL1 grouped by GPR45-low versus GPR45-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR45→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
