GPR45

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR45 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,646 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR45-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDHB12, ARHGEF11, and THRAP3. Each is linked with GPR45 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR45-to-partner and partner-to-GPR45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCDHB12 grouped by GPR45-low versus GPR45-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR45→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
