GPR42

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 611 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR42-associated genes across cancer lineages are FFAR3, OR2J2, and UGT2B11. Each is linked with GPR42 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR42-to-partner and partner-to-GPR42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR42 versus FFAR3 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR42→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
